Refund Policy

Within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order if any problem occurred. No refunds available after 7 days from the purchase date (includes cases below).

Restricted zones

Warning! Orders from next countries/regions is strictly prohibited:

  • Russian Federation, Belarus and other CIS countries (except some parts of Ukraine, see case below);
  • Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine are restricted, any other is accepted;
  • Malta, Belize, and other offshore zones or low-tax zones (except countries connected to CRS).

In case when registration is already made and it's revealed, we will ban your account without any refunds! Please look for another service provider!

Bugs

Undocumented bugs or critical mistakes which can't be fixed within 7 working days is subject to request refund. Please provide us with screenshots or video, also steps needed to reproduce bug.

Hacked server

If your server has been hacked and you are sure that some trouble with our software exists, then provide ALL server logs, server access credentials to control panel (like SSH, FTP, etc...). We will make a security audit and discover vulnerabilities of the distributive. In case when we can't fix the security issue accordingly in 4 hours after we get notified, we make a refund.

Any other reason

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you should detailed explain your experience and provide us with some really significant reason to request refund.
